Encountering issues with their incumbent proposals and directed method of working, the client approached De Construction Solutions to advise on their demolition and enabling works.
Informed by our extensive engineering expertise, our subsequent design review enabled the removal of requirements for most of the proposed temporary basement props and number of temporary piles.
