Apprenticeship programmes
Combining essential working experience in live working environments with on-the-job training and classroom-based learning, our apprenticeship programmes lead not only to nationally recognised qualifications, but also enhanced career prospects and accelerated progression.
Since launching our apprenticeship programme in 2010, the DE Group have created countless opportunities for school leavers and graduates, individuals pursuing a change of career, and those seeking to upskill in their current job. If you’d like to find out more about apprenticeships with DE Group, we want to hear from you.
I’ve been with DE Group for 18 months now, liaising with the demolition, sub-structures and asbestos teams. To get immersed in a large-scale project and be the site manager’s right-hand man has been an amazing learning curve. With my recently acquired NVQ qualifications, I’ve also been able to make an impact on the groundwork, which has given me so much real-world experience to apply to future projects.S. G., Construction Trainee
For the last year and a half I’ve been working at DE Group’s Cambridge House project on Piccadilly. My focus has been on heritage brick repair and to experience all aspects of such a complex project has been invaluable.K. B., Trainee Quantity Surveyor
